𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱….𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀….𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝘀, 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀.
And that means that the shadow will also expand. There will be SuperConscious expansion and there will be unconscious expansion.
And so when the tension arises, when the fear, doubt, unworthiness etc arises…when we automatically go to the thoughts that we are failing, that the expansion isn’t working and that we were fooling ourselves to believe it was possible, we often accept them as being true and stop!
𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙛 𝙄 𝙩𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 IT IS 𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂?!
That it means that you are moving in the right direction?!
Though you may be in freeze mode, hiding mode, waiting mode, whatever mode…
They have come to the surface to SERVE YOU! To give you the opportunity for some serious self-awareness and self-responsibility. Gifting you the opportunity to further develop a deeper inner knowing on what is simply an ‘ego’ response; the part of you that is quite comfortable where you are and would prefer for you to sit the f*ck down and relax, thank you very much! 
Or a part of you that has truly met a transformational edge, an edge that requires attention, alchemy and embodiment?!
This knowing can be like a razor’s edge at times….it can be the ego convincing you that some inner work is needed and so you end up spinning your wheels trying to figure it and getting nowhere. Or, it is Shadow that is here to SERVE YOU and though it may require you to muster all your courage to move through it…you will not be the same after, you will be transmuted, transformed. You will have consolidated the expansion, you will have created a cosmic thread that is holding your expansion even tighter!
There is always a body indicator of which response it is. ALWAYS!
It’s firstly, giving yourself the space to FEEL it in your body. Secondly, it’s learning to distinguish the differences of that edge &
Thirdly, it is allowing yourself to follow through in the way YOU feel best serves you!
Not the most comfortable way, but the BEST way!
