I am a licensd acupuncturist and recently re-opened my acupuncture business in Galway City, I am very excited to be back working with women in person again.

In my almost a decade serving and working with clients deeply with acupuncture, I continued to develop and study my love of how the mind, emotions and beliefs can have such a profound impact on a person and the trajectory that their healing / wellness journey goes. As well as the ability to bring desires, dreams and goals to life (especially in the case of women)

I am qualified as a PSYCH-K facilitator, an EFT practitioner, a certified life-coach, intuitive transformation coach and women-centred transformation coach.

I also run my own online coaching business leading women back to who they truly are and the power that lies within them.

When a woman is empowered to break through inner glass ceilings and create and embody new identities that resulti in lasting transformation, she is re-connected to authentic self trust and belief, giving her the power to create her deepest yearnings and desires.

I run 1:1 and group coaching programmes, which includes identity work, emotional intelligence growth and discovering and creating the deepest yearning within.

As a coach and PSYCH-K facilitator, I have worked with 100’s of clients 1:1 and in groups over the years. I have had the honoured position to guide and facilitate people through huge change and transformation; whether in health, life, relationships, career, mindset, beliefs (and really all aspects of life are included in true transformation and change).

I am currently taking acupuncture appointments at the Crane Clinic on Saturdays from 2pm, Sundays from 12pm – 5pm. There may be some availability on Monday and Tuesday evenings. To book call 0860313253
